La risorsa si interfaccerà con clienti privati, corporate e aziende per l'organizzazione a 360 gradi dei traslochi internazionali (via mare, via aerea e via camion), garantendo un servizio di customer service sempre preciso, puntuale, affidabile e soddisfacente e supportando il cliente in tutte le fasi dello spostamento.

In dettaglio si occuperà di:

- pianificazione del trasloco e delle attività accessorie, coordinandosi con le squadre di traslocatori e prestando estrema attenzione alle esigenze del cliente
- collaborazione con agenti e fornitori internazionali
- supporto al cliente per la preparazione e il controllo di documenti doganali
- comunicazione costante tra i diversi reparti (operativo, traffic, commerciale e amministrativo)
- contatto con il magazzino per organizzazione di ritiri e consegne
- gestione delle operazioni doganali attraverso il contatto con agenti doganali
- controllo e verifica fatture spedizionieri
- mantenere aggiornato il gestionale
- monitoraggio di costi e ricavi e ottimizzazione; emissioni di fatture e purchase order

Requisiti essenziali
- ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana scritta e parlata
- diploma / laurea
- conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici
- esperienza nel mondo del trasporto

Costituisce requisito preferenziale almeno 3 anni di esperienza in posizione analoga in aziende strutturate del settore o della logística in generale.

Completa il profilo l'ottima capacità di lavorare in team e di prendere decisioni velocemente e in situazioni critiche nonchè ottime capacità di relazione con il cliente.

Questo è un lavoro full time, con contratto regolare e permanente, per lavorare con una grande azienda ed un team affiatato.

Orario: dalle 9:00 alle 18:00 dal lunedì al venerdì.

Bolliger is undoubtedly the largest and most established company in the international removals sector in Italy, characterized by a dynamic and international context. Bolliger's London branch (Bolliger UK Ltd) has been in operation for 9 years. We are looking for a new colleague to join our Operations / Coordination team.

The resource will interface with private and corporate customers for the 360-degree organization of international removals (by sea, by air and by truck), guaranteeing an always precise, punctual, reliable and satisfactory customer service and supporting the customer at all stages of the move.

In detail, it will deal with:

- planning of the move and ancillary activities, coordinating with the moving teams and paying close attention to the customer's needs
- collaboration with international agents and suppliers
- customer support for the preparation and control of customs documents
- constant communication between the different departments (operational, sales and administrative)
- contact with the warehouse for the organization of collections and deliveries
- management of customs operations through contact with customs agents
- check and verify shipping invoices
- keep the management updated
- monitoring of costs and revenues and optimization; issue of invoices and purchase orders

Essential requirements
- excellent knowledge of written and spoken Italian
- diploma / degree
- knowledge of written and spoken English
- knowledge of the main IT tools
- experience in the world of transport

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in structured companies in the sector or logistics in general is a preferential requirement.

The profile is completed by the excellent ability to work in a team and to make decisions quickly and in critical situations as well as excellent customer relationship skills.

This is a full time job, with a regular and permanent contract, working for a large established company and a close-knit team.

Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Location: Work from home (UK remote working)
