Auction Coordinator

**The auction coordinator is a new role in a young property auction business that operates nationally in the UK and is based in Chichester, West Sussex. The successful applicant will work from home, Monday to Friday, 0845 to 1730 and every third Saturday, 1000 to 1600 and ideally be based near Chichester.**

Experience in either estate agency or property auctions will be a significant advantage, as will a proven track record of being able to conscientiously work from home without needing to be directly supervised. A background in administration is also key, as well as the ability to work with multiple websites, CRMs and software packages daily under pressure.

We are looking for a long-term permanent employee who is hard-working, conscientious, quick to learn and enjoys mastering a system that delivers excellent service. There will be a 3-month probationary period, and the salary is £30,000 per year. Monday to Friday, 0845 to 1730 and every third Saturday, 1000 to 1600, with authorised overtime on occasion.

There will be three interviews, two by video conferencing and one in person and the successful applicant will be expected to have read and researched various documents that will be provided for each interview.
