We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts and Payroll Admin Support to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.

Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Respond to payroll and accounting inquiries from employees and external parties.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees.

Update and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.

Assist with recruitment where necessary, and labour movements.

Qualifications:
Proven experience accounts administration. Relevant certifications (e.g., AAT, CPA) are a plus

Proficiency in software including MS Office Excel and Access.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Understanding of payroll processing would be an advantage

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: £18,856.79-£26,725.79 per year
