**Job Spec**

We are looking for a Night Team leader with a fantastic attitude, and commitment to exceptional customer service. You must be passionate about driving and delivering delicious donuts to stores across London and surrounding areas, we have display cabinets in supermarkets that a refilled on a daily basis, your job would be the housekeeping and refreshing of the stock

You will be the face of the business and assist your manager in leading and inspiring the team, promoting great teamwork to achieve exceptional results. The Team lead should be able to cover a route and be a point of contact for the drivers feeding back to the operations team vital information we need to make the driver experience greater.

We have a fleet of 10 vans and growing which use a ramp system to load carts, so there will be some heavy lifting involved, drivers load there own vans

**Below are a list if activitys the Team lead would carry out.**

Handing out keys and then securing back on return

Supervising loading, ensuring that all trolleys are loaded and confirming with the driver they have consumables for the run.

Supporting bringing trollies out and sorting into route sequence for quicker loading

Managing communications with drivers about key points required (eg. pickups on route, updates to cabinets, etc)

Ensuring drivers depart at 11:15pm if there are no production issues

Helping all drivers on route with any queries or assistance (only via telephone from drivers to supervisor not via messages as they are usually driving and are unable legally to respond)

Travel with new drivers to make sure they understand and can complete all aspects of the role in a timely manner.

Ensuring drivers are using the correct software and not abusing the phones (Eg. data)

Assisting drivers with any van issues before, during and after shifts

Ensuring that drivers remove and return product trays when they return to site and put racking away appropriately. All trolleys should be left in the storage rooms upstairs.

Making sure all drivers complete a defect sheet on their return to base and that keys, cards, etc are returned in good order

Ensuring vans are being parked in the correct locations.

Sending Whats app message of drivers’ board

when last vehicle departs

at end of shift with drivers log completed

explaining any returns >8am

Engagement in weekly call to discuss KPIs’, Bonus and driver performance. Currently scheduled for Fridays 0830
