**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

**Hybrid working**: 3 days In Thame support office, 2 days working form home

As a Sales Team Administrator you will be supporting the smooth running of the sales teams by ensuring that all administration tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

What you’ll be doing:

- Using templates to produce Invoices for our Groups Customers.
- Processing payments from our group customers via our online payment portal.
- Supporting the collection of outstanding group payments by speaking directly to customers
- Assisting the Groups team with loading rooming lists into OPERA

What we’ll expect from you:
To succeed in the role, you will bring your attention to detail and ability to to learn new systems and processes in a fast paced, target driven sales environment. You’ll be comfortable communicating with colleagues and our customers.

In addition you’ll need to demonstrate:

- The ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivation to forge excellent professional relationships with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic to succeed
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and Google packages
