Position: Employment Screening Researcher (Spanish speaking)
Working pattern: hybrid (9-5.30pm) 12 weeks training office based.
Location: Brighton, East Sussex
**Job Type**: Full Time, 6-month fixed term contract
**Salary**: £20,319 per annum

**About the role**:
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Contacting third parties by phone to confirm correct contact details to send reference requests and obtain verbal verifications where required.
- Answering switchboard calls, directing incoming callers to the most appropriate contact and answering any queries where possible
To be successful in the role you’ll need to:
- Quality oriented with a desire to execute the tasks associated with the role to the highest possible standard.
- Diligent with a great eye for detail, meticulous and thorough when working ensuring the highest standards of accuracy.
- Organised and methodical with the ability to prioritise and manage workload to meet agreed deadlines and outcomes.
- Articulate and professional in written and verbal communication with the ability to act as an ambassador for the Company, demonstrating a professional and personable approach when communicating both internally and externally.
- Naturally inquisitive and demonstrate initiative. Be solutions focused with the ability to analyse situations methodically, diagnose problems and identify key issues.
- Be positive when working with change in both processes and workloads and embrace challenges, working well under pressure.
Key skills, qualifications and experience
- 1 + Years’ experience in an office based, administrative or customer service role
- Basic IT competency with the ability to navigate IT systems and software packages
- Fluent in Spanish
It’s important to know that although prior experience of employment screening is beneficial it is not required as full and comprehensive training is provided. Fluency in other languages is also advantageous due to the international nature of the work but not essential.
The role may be considered on a hybrid or remote working basis following initial training which will be office based.
