**Responsibilities**:

- Process financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records using Sage 50 Accounts and Excel.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and analyse financial data to identify discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate financial information is provided for reporting purposes.
- Provide support during the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
- Proficient in using Sage 50 Accounts and Excel. Prior experience is desirable but not essential.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility regarding working hours.
