Exciting opportunity for a junior administrator to join a national law firm working out of our London Office. Experience in general administration is essential as is a positive working attitude.

The role will involve supporting our London based lawyers in their day to day tasks, greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner, performing clerical tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning and organizing documents, handling incoming and outgoing mail and also general housekeeping of the office including liaising with the cleaner and other service providers.

- Skills/experience in using Microsoft Office packages especially word, excel and outlook
- Ability to maintain a professional telephone manner in a stressful environment
- Ability to work in an accurate and timely manner
- Positive attitude and ability to deal with people at all levels
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Experience of working with a case management system desirable
- Experience of working in a legal environment would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience of working in a general office/administrative environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 22 per week
