Seeking a People Analytics lead for a newly created role within a large global matrix organisation in the commercial sector. They are seeking an individual who is highly proficient with Workday to help them set up People Analytics capability that covers data definitions, quality, governance, reporting structure and analytical approach. The role will be an individual contributor role and is an exciting opportunity to make impact in the organisation.

Core responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of People Analytics capability, including:

- Data structure and definitions
- Data management principles and guidelines
- Data governance and reporting
- Analytics and insight approach
- Empower local teams to exploit their data and analytics for business growth through:

- Dashboard development, aligned to global and local requirements
- High priority project support
- Training in analytics and insight
- Lead partnership with the central Data and Analytics team - leveraging their methodology and tools

Critical skills:

- Analytical degree preferred - e.g. computer science, accounting, maths etc.
- Extensive experience in developing reports and dashboards in Workday
- Experience in developing data governance programs from definition of data to effective management of data and quality maintenance
- Robust examples of end to end analytics projects, that have demonstrated positive results
