**Purpose of the role**
- Work directly with the Director of People and Change for DCC Energy you will play a key role in shaping our company's culture and implementing transformative changes across various regions and departments to deliver the 2030 Vision. This role works alongside the Energy Leadership Team, Group HR, and HR teams across the businesses to identify the change, organisational design, talent acquisition, employee engagement and employment life cycle requirements to deliver on DCC Energy’s strategy and vision.**Key**

**Change & Engage**:

- Collaborate with local business leads and HR teams to translate Strategy 2030 and local market strategies into plans for global employee engagement at all levels in DCC Energy.
- Partner with Energy Leadership Teams and Community Leads to manage change and best practice for knowledge sharing, via global working groups in key strategic activities (such as CX, new business areas, supply)
- Develop and drive strategic organization-wide change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with Vision 2030, while coaching local HR teams in change management.
- Align with the Director of People and Change and DCC Energy Leadership Team to articulate a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
- Be responsible for the management, coordination, and continuous improvement of Employee Engagement across DCC Energy, working closely with stakeholders and business HR leads
- Coordinate the DCC Energy HR Community, for sharing best practice and for initiatives promoting employee engagement, inclusion, diversity, and overall well-being, fostering a supportive work environment.

**Organisational Design**:

- Play a key role in the organisational design of DCC Energy’s business, articulate and influence leaders in the requirements and play a key role in OD activities to facilitate the Energy division transformation.
- Work alongside the divisional team supporting the change required to implement the agreed operating model in specific assigned areas.
- Support the Director of People and Change and Energy Leadership Team in the change management required to successfully implement the OD required to deliver and enable the 2030 strategy.
- Manage HR stakeholders in Group and the Businesses through the change.

**Talent Management**:

- Support the Director of People and Change and Energy Leadership Team with workforce planning to identify the priority roles for DCC Energy, and the capabilities required to deliver and enable the 2030 strategy.
- Partner leaders, local people teams and the organisational capability lead to identify internal talent, identify succession options, and champion personal development to mitigate succession risks and to create a pipeline of talent for a growing business.
- Work in partnership with the organisational development lead to identify capability gaps and scope key learning programs to close skills gaps across the DCC Energy businesses (e.g., sustainability)
- Manage talent acquisition activities to drive internal and external recruitment.
- Ensure our talent practices within DCC Energy division promote diversity and positively impact the diversity of our teams

**Generalist Support**:

- On an ad hoc basis support generalist HR / employee relations queries and concerns when escalated to divisional level or via Safecall by providing guidance, support or working with local HR.
- Support HR processes across the employee life cycle for the DCC Energy divisional team; records management, talent management, performance reviews, annual pay cycles, gender pay reporting processes, etc. and on a coordination, basis supporting Group HR with DCC Energy businesses.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyse people and change management metrics, providing insights and recommendations to DCC Energy Leadership teams for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing the impact of people and change initiatives on organizational performance.
- Supporting professional qualifications preferable.
