A leading global brand with 150+ websites, landing pages, and social channels, your team works in close collaboration with Search, Digital Content, UX, Regional Marketing teams, and CRO, providing actionable insights and visual dashboards for activitiessuch as website traffic, conversions, and landing page content performance.

**The ideal Insights & Analytics Lead**will have proven website analytics (GA4) skills in addition to dashboard reporting and visualisation and directly managed a small team, or ready for a step into a direct management role of a small team.

**Remote with 1-2 days per month office days based in South East, commutable directly from London**

**The Insights & Analytics Manager will ideally have the following skills and experience**:

- Proven experience analysing large data sets from multiple data sources, using dashboard reporting tools to visualise the data and provide insights to marketing stakeholders globally.
- Experience analysing website and digital marketing projects using Google Analytics and Google Suite
- Ability to lead two Digital Data Analysts including coaching, delegating tasks, and mentoring.
- An understanding of SEO, CRO, Content, UX, and Search functions.
- Experience managing data analytics platform(s) and driving best practices and continuous improvements.
- Experience identifying issues with data infrastructure and solving through multi-stakeholder management.
- Strong presentation skills and proven experience presenting virtually to global stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to simplifly marketing analytics and insights via insightful and visual presentations.
- Seeking skills ideally in: Google Analytics (essential), BigQuery, Data Studio, SQL, Excel, GTM, Qlikview, PowerBi, or similar tools.
