**Salary**: Up to £72,000 dependent on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:
As part of this role you will work in four functional environments:

- As a classroom-based educator with in-depth technical knowledge of Typhoon aircraft systems
- As a mission facilitator, orchestrating and manipulating the synthetic environment to deliver pilots’ training aims
- As a safety-focused flying instructor able to set, assess, debrief and critique pilots’ conduct of simulated emergency scenarios
- And as a tactics expert, conversant with the employment of 7 different weapon types in swing-role missions set in globally variable theatres of operations-at multiple levels of security classification.

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Communications skills are critical
- ability to identify and communicate the learning points that will unlock enhanced future performance in already high-performing individuals.
- Fast jet aircrew experience

Desirable:

- Previous fast jet instructional qualification(s)
- Previous Typhoon experience

**The Team**:
A team of 9 Aircrew Instructors work within a flexible 10-hour daily operating window (Mon-Fri). The team works closely with the RAF to help develop and enhance their training processes and maximise their combat capabilities.
