Assist in all aspects of running a small hotel/guest house.

We require a good level of competence to carry out the following duties including reception/admin, meeting and greeting guests, preparing rooms, general cleaning, cooking breakfasts and light meals, operating a barista coffee machine.

Food hygiene NVQ level 2 - minimum please. Other qualifications are not essential but experience in most, if not all, of the above listed tasks is desirable.

Good spoken English required for taking and making telephone calls.

Applicants must be computer literate.
