Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid Working

**What will you be doing?**
- Supporting customers of a Leading UK retail bank, with their everyday banking needs, over the phone
- Taking ownership of customer enquiries, ensuring that every customer feels valued
- Providing a first-class service, positive experience for both customer and client.
- Ultimately making a real positive difference to real lives

- You will work 40 hours per week - typically over 5 days - and the business operates 7 days between 8am and 8pm. This will include some weekend work
