Overview

We are looking for someone to fill the role of Locations Associate, as part of the wider Fleet and Logistics Team.

The Locations team is responsible sourcing, managing and analysing our car club bay network to ensure that our vehicles are where our members want them, when they want them, at the lowest cost to Zipcar. The Locations team has full control over the optimisation of the car club bay network, in addition to the growth strategy for both the Roundtrip and Flex services, making it a key function for the success of the business.

We are a dynamic, hardworking and positive group, that gives plenty of opportunity for cross-working to gain relatable experience and learn from our colleagues in other areas of the team. The role is primarily based at our office in Victoria, London, SW1W; however, may occasionally require you to visit our offices in Bracknell or Heathrow, or possibly vehicles in the field.

**Responsibilities**:
- Ownership of permit and invoicing processes- Renewals, deliveries, invoicing, audits, reporting- Local Authority relationship management and council meetings- Usage data reporting- Contract negotiations- Car club network analysis and growth strategy- Ticket management- Fleet optimisation planning- Bay suspensions- Flex homezone monitoring- Support infleet & defleet team- Ad hoc enquiries

Requirements & Qualifications- Be a self-starter who enjoys looking at an existing process and taking it upon themselves to better it- Have an outstanding attention to detail- Demonstrate excellent written communication skills- Have good excel skills - a lot of our tools are excel based so a good knowledge is vital.-
- A full manual UK driving license- Positive and professional approach to problem solving - ability to think outside the box- Capable of working well in a team or independently- Ability to identify, prioritize and focus on critical tasks- Literacy in Microsoft Office
