Business Operations Manager

Bolton Lads & Girls Club (BLGC) is an innovative, dynamic and progressive children and young people's charity based in Bolton and we are looking to recruit a Business Operations Manager to join the team.
In this autonomous role, you will have access to a flexible, agile working model including some home working and, if preferred, substantial part time hours over 4 days rather than 5, and have access to opportunities for growth and development.

**What will I be responsible for?**
As our Business Operations Manager, you will be coming on board to develop and manage the structure and our team that deliver the crucial support functions for the charity. Your team will consist of employees, volunteers, contractors and third parties wherenecessary, and you will co-ordinate them to deliver a seamless set of services to meet the charity's needs.
You will oversee the IT, compliance, HR, facilities, and admin functions. You will also work alongside the Head of Finance to support the finance services.
In addition, you will provide first class executive support to the CEO, assisting with development of new initiatives, rolling out new projects, gathering insight and data to inform decision making, and supporting the Board of Trustees.
As our Business Operations Manager, you be passionate about making a positive difference within the community, a problem solver who enjoys a fast paced and varied working environment with at least 3 of the following strings to their bow:
- A good understanding of systems (for example CRM databases such as Salesforce, time and attendance platforms such as Kronos, payroll & finance functions)
- Demonstrable administrative experience with an eye for detail
- Project management experience
- Operational Management experience within the business or the not-for-profit sector
- Facilities Management / support experience
