About the Role

As a Business Development Manager you will:

* Build and nurture strong relationships with supplier partners to foster engagement and retention.

* Act as the primary point of contact for supplier partners, addressing their needs and resolving issues efficiently.

* Identify opportunities to onboard new supplier partners aligned with our business goals.

* Lead supplier training and integration processes for a seamless onboarding experience.

* Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Operations, to align supplier offerings with customer needs and ensure service-level agreements are met.

* Monitor supplier performance metrics, report insights, and propose actionable improvements.

* Drive initiatives to enhance supplier retention and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with:

* Proven experience in partner or supplier relationship management.

* A track record of negotiating successful agreements and building long-term partnerships.

* Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, or customer-focused teams.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple partnerships effectively.

* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and build trust.

* An analytical mindset to assess partnership performance and suggest improvements.

* Proficiency in CRM systems and data tracking tools.

Desirable Traits

* Understanding of the financial services or asset finance industry.

* Experience with B2B supplier engagement and integration processes.
