We have a fantastic opportunity available for a passionate senior quality professional based at our head office in Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 7JB.

**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**:
Leading the Quality team you’ll provide targeted support to services to meet regulatory and contractual requirements, achieving quality outcomes through continuous improvement, maximising the involvement of the people we support. To embed the quality assurance framework and quality systems ensuring robust governance and assurance. Working closely with senior leaders and operational managers to ensure that services provide care and support to an optimum standard.

Working hours are 39 per week.

Qualifications:
You’ll have significant management experience working across multi-site regulated Health & social care services, experience of managing and implementing quality assurance systems and processes, with a detailed understanding of CQC regulatory framework and contractual requirements, whilst an expert in quality assurance and improvement.
