**HR Generalist**
**Summary of Role**:
As a HR and OD Project Coordinator, you will manage HR Projects as well as day-to-day HR activities across the UK- BPS projects. You will research to develop procedures/programs to enhance employee relations, work closely on the employment engagement portfolio and manage CSR projects.
**Person Specification**:
- Results Driven - Initiative-taking, set high standards and consistently seek ways to improve processes and outcomes.
- Excellent communicator - written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills
- Foster strong working partnerships both internally and externally
- Identify key components of problems, spot patterns and generate creative solutions.
- Have a creative and initiative-taking approach.
- Should be able to adapt to an agile working environment.
- Strong in Microsoft Office products - MS Excel, PPT, Access, SQL, MS Forms etc.
**Key Tasks**
- Coordinating onboarding including set up of all new starters, from pre-boarding to their first day in the office.
- Managing employee leaver process, conducting exit interviews and liaising with relevant departments to ensure a smooth off-boarding experience.
- Support in coordinating in-house HR training on policies and procedures.
- Conducting activities to support annual HR cycle e.g., performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Supporting with the administration and distribution of internal job advertisements.
- Compiling corporate communication, including but not limited to HR Monthly Presentations, HR quarterly presentations.
- Maintain regular reviews of existing HR projects i.e., reward and recognition.
- Facilitate and drive the Volunteers Engagement platform - JOSH.
- Lead the JOSH team and successfully execute any engagement activities.
- Scope, develop and lead the engagement calendar while working with the JOSH team and the leadership team.
- Actively participate in the organizational CSR activities

- Demonstrable experience of working in a HR generalist role in a fast paced, high growth environment.
- Strong experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with associates.
- Demonstrable experience of working with employee engagement.
**Salary**:
- Up to £35,000 p/a + benefits
