Marks Sattin Executive Search are working with a niche PE Backed Manufacturing business and supplier of products to the Healthcare industry. They are searching for an ambitious and commercially driven Chief Executive Officer who can work with the Board and PE house to lead the design and execution of a strategy that will steer the business towards significant growth.

This role will involve planning, developing, and implementing a strategy to optimise the organisation's operational and fiscal performance, maximising profit in the short term and facilitating the desired long-term growth of the business. The responsibilities of this role will include enhancing capital metrics, designing a high-performance agenda, implementing strategies relating to all the executive decisions within the business, and building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including board members and investors.
- Previous leadership role in a Manufacturing business, with experience overseeing long term contracts supplying products to the Healthcare industry and public sector.
- Experience working in a PE Backed business would be desirable, but not necessary.
- Deep understanding of the financial functions of a business - capable of designing a strategy that will maximise profitability and identifying market opportunities.
- Personable and people focused leader, capable of getting along with colleagues across all areas of the team, in addition to shareholders and advisors.
