Marks Sattin Executive Search has an opportunity for a high calibre CFO to join a high growth PE Backed International Software business to be part of their exciting future plans. With an impressive track record and exciting plans to grow the business, the CFO will operate as a strategic partner to the CEO, while ensuring there are strong systems, controls, and processes to support a rapidly changing market and high scaling growing business.

The CFO responsibilities will include supporting the CEO and the leadership team while maintaining strong relationships with the PE firm and taking responsibility for the financial function by planning the future growth, realising the company vision, and managing external relations, including banks and investors.
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA), preferably charted
- Have experience of working in a PE Backed SAAS business
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Manage external relations, including banks and investors.
