- A senior strategic and partner facing role that requires the ability to commercially identify projects, technologies and opportunities for cloud products and services, for both existing and new clients.- Working closely with the sales and technical teams, the role is principally to be a specialist in the given technology areas and provide support and guidance both internally and for clients alike.- The role also requires a close working relationship with vendors and partners to ensure we have the correct knowledge to provide such advice and guidance to clients and also identify cloud products and services that will benefit our clients and increase revenues.**Responsibilities**
- Own the reseller business within the region, driving a comprehensive territory plan that identifies go-to partners covering all cloud modern workplace technology products within the portfolio, engaging with specialists as needed to build partner competency
- Create a strong partner eco-system by working with the sales teams to identifying and onboard new partners
- Help Develop and grow new and existing channel partners to increase pipeline and revenue contribution
- Develop, drive, and execute strategic partner sales plans with partner leadership
- Build strong relationships across key partner stakeholders to strengthen the partnership
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns working closely with Marketing to drive incremental revenue
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders and build a “one-team” attitude with all extended stakeholder
- Build capacity, capability, and collaboration within a portfolio of Partners to achieve loyalty and transformation
- Keep up-to-date with latest cloud technologies and identify gaps in our portfolio and recommend products to fill these gaps
- Assist with vendor certifications to ensure we have the expertise to offer specialist advice and ensure rebates are secured
- Be involved with strategic decisions on the cloud/consumption portfolio
- Create Reports to identify whitespace within the customer base and identify upsell and cross sell opportunities for cloud/consumption services and increase business intelligence for our company and work with partners to help identify these opportunities within their client base
- Develop and maintain training materials for internal staff
- Be involved with strategic and commercial decisions for cloud/consumption business with vendors
- Deliver product overviews and demonstrations of cloud products to customers
- Work along side Sales Managers/Directors to identify focus areas and assist in running sales campaigns to increase cloud revenue
- Be the pre-sales and commercial lead for cloud solutions/consumption services.
- Help in developing our customer success management team, acting as the voice of the customer to support the development of deep customer relationships to drive renewals while supporting the identification of opportunities to develop customer growth.
- Longer term aim for this role is to be more strategic, product focused and building a cloud focused team to support the growth of cloud opportunities.
