My client, a thriving commercial property with an office in Ilford, is looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to help support the team. My client currently manages over 3000 properties in London, the Midlands and Home Counties, on behalf of its investorsand landlords. As a Finance Assistant, you will be assisting in the company's day-to-day financial matters and assisting the finance team/manager in managing, processing, and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Manage Amenities include (but not limited to)
- communicating with energy companies and local authorities
- communicating and liaising with bailiffs and debt collectors
- Petty Cash Reconciliation & Upload
- Credit Card Payments & Reconciliation
- Landlord/Agent/Supplier Statements
- Addressing landlord queries
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Assist the financial director as and when required
