We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our growing Environmental and Social Assessment team in any of our UK offices.**Your role**
Working as part of a team of Administrators, you will be required to undertake a wide range of duties to support technical staff.
- The role has two main focus areas. In the area of commercial support you will be assisting project managers to comply with core financial processes including (but not limited to):
- Setting up prospects/proposals/wins within the financial management system (Vantage Point).
- Before work commences: ensuring fee proposals are submitted and agreed, the required instruction/purchase order is received, contracts are signed as part of the instruction and so on.
- Working closely with the broader finance team to facilitate regular WIP reviews, invoicing and debt collection.
- Preparing and processing data as needed.

The other support area is general administrative tasks as required from time to time.**About us**

To be successful within the role, you will ideally have/ be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in business administration and project commercial support (finance experience would be advantageous)
- Have great attention to detail, with excellent spelling and grammar
- Be a confident user of the full Microsoft suite alongside willing to engage with, and learn new systems
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
