**Pensions Project Administrator - Facilities Management**

**Salary - 40-50k per annum depending on experience**

As a Pensions Project Administrator within our Facilities Management team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the in-house pensions team to deliver a range of projects, ad hoc tasks, and ongoing pension administration. You will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the effective governance of various pension schemes, including private and public sector schemes. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to the success of our pension initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Support**: Collaborate within the in-house pensions team to execute tasks aligned with project scopes. Ensure timely completion of actions to contribute to project success.
- ** Data Management**: Collect and analyze data for both project-specific requirements and ad hoc tasks. Utilize data to generate insightful reports as requested.
- ** Research and Analysis**: Investigate and document case histories and scheme details to support informed decision-making and project implementation.
- ** Communication**: Liaise with pension scheme providers and external third parties to gather relevant information and data necessary for projects and administration tasks.
- ** Administration Assistance**: Provide administrative support, including assisting with death in service claims and general administration for various pension schemes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ** Pensions Expertise**: Demonstrable experience in a corporate environment with a strong understanding of the differences between Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes.
- ** Scheme Knowledge**: Familiarity with both Public Sector and Industry-wide pension schemes, including an understanding of Life Assurance contracts and death in service benefits.
- ** Effective Multitasking**: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, adhere to deadlines, and prioritize effectively, even under pressure.
- ** Data Proficiency**: Excellent knowledge of Excel for data analysis and manipulation. Proficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation purposes.
- ** Analytical and Numeracy Skills**: Strong analytical abilities with exceptional numeracy skills. Methodical approach to data work to ensure accuracy.
- ** Communication Skills**: Effective communicator with the capacity to adapt communication style to various stakeholders' needs.
- ** Team Player**: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a team environment.
