**Location**:Aberdeen
- Main Purpose of the Role_
- Main Duties and Responsibilities_

**Recruitment**
- To develop a good understanding of the organisational structure and work culture of the clients/health systems we serve;
- Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function;
- Assisting with incoming calls and enquiries;
**General**
- To carry out work instructions in line with all key processes and quality management systems.
- To project a professional image of the company in all aspects of your work including personal presentation of a clean and tidy manner.
- To adhere to all company policies, processes, procedures, systems and all relevant codes of practice to which the company subscribes.

Person Specification

**Essential**:

- An understanding of outstanding customer service
- A process driven approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrable project and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge within the Health and Social Care sector in Scotland;
- Experience within a similar role where you have demonstrated key skills to assist with resourcing key workers within the health and social care sector;
- Confidence with uploading new advertisements on several platforms within the market;
- An understanding of different Job Roles and duties expected from those who work within the Health and Social Care sector
