**About the role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the HFM loading of monthly Forecast into HFM by country, for Revenue down through to EBIT. Refine forecast process to enhance / improve accuracy at an entity level for Qtr and Planning forecast cycles
- Manage the loading of actual functional costs per country monthly, with quarterly inputs from the entities for forecast and YTD true up. Perform variance analysis by function and conclude the key drivers of the variances to report to HQ.
- Month end analytics & reporting to prepare the presentations you will make to headquarters leadership.
- Provide support & development for direct report - FP&A Analyst.
- Support the PMO on FIT cost out & Productivity tracking with owners as well as presentations to management.
- Prepare & upload the annual plan per country, by collecting the necessary inputs of key assumptions such as sales growth, inflation, merit, pricing, productivity, etc.
- Prepare & upload the long range plan based on inputs of key leaders on the strategic direction of the organization for the next 5 years.
- Support the integration into Haier. Work with controllership to understand IFRS to US GAAP differences, and evaluate impact on forecast process
- Support any automation projects for creation of central Data Warehouse, ensuring User Acceptance Testing is thorough and accurate
- Firm up the new calculation for integrated ROS together with key members of the Finance Steerco. Investigate ways to get segment profitability via HFM.
- Drive initiatives to improve FP&A across CCR.
- Monitor / report on KPIs related to the P&L to senior leaders providing analysis driving poor performance and recommendations for focus areas / improvements
- Support taxonomy analysis and strategic plan for future entity migrations to Haier and engage all parties to deliver seamless transitions with mínimal disruption to operational activities
- Support other BUs within Haier to share best practice and standardize approach to forecasting / reporting
- Provide P&L forecasts for periodic reviews. Analyze actual performance vs expected performance to enable leadership to hold accountability on “say/do”
- Perform financial analysis on actual results and forecast / plan scenarios relating to overall performance and specific accounts
- Support local entity teams/Regional leaders in financial forecasting, analyzing and ad-hoc reporting

**Requirements**:
**To be successful in the role you should have**:

- Previous experience in FP&A related experience required
- Ability to show that you can meet or exceed deadlines
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel and power point skills
- Familiarity with HFM reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration
