**About the department**

Our Client Delivery and Enablement department is responsible for ensuring our customers get the best value out of our products. This includes maintaining customer relationships, consulting with the customer on their routing, optimisation, performance and use of the products, integrating with the customer’s onboard and cloud IT systems, configuring the product for use by the customer and coordinating outsourcers who aid with the above.

**About the position**

Within the Delivery and Enablement department, we are building a team of experts in vessel performance, electrical engineering and data quality (the Performance and Data Enablement Team) to provide expert analysis and support to the rest of the department, the outsourcers and the client directly. This includes overviewing and assisting the work of integrators, installers and configurators, preparing reports on performance and data quality, planning installations, flagging and resolving issues that may affect customer value escalated by support teams, and consulting customers directly and how to best get value out of their data and our products for the performance of their vessels.

We are looking for a capable manager and domain expert to lead this team.

**Requirements**:
We need you to have the ability to:

- Ensure our clients receive the optimal data from their vessel
- Analyse and monitor the clients vessels’ performance
- Coordinate with the Systems and Instrumentation Engineers and other internal and external stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Communicate with clients
- Naval/Mechanical/Marine Engineering background
- Experience as Technical Superintendent
- Experience in performance, instrumentation engineering or IT.
- At least 4 years of work experience in a similar role
- Experience in the commercial shipping industry is highly desired
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in fast paced environments and meet set deadlines
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and management skills
- Highly self motivated, accountable and committed
- Process Optimization/Automation mentality
- Results oriented mindset
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
