Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Northampton. Since the pandemic they’ve only become busier, you’ll be joining a business with a strong and stable business model. Our client is looking to add to their senior customer service team. Whilst this is customer service based, it’s mínimal contact with the general public. As a rough split, this role is 60% administration and 40% telephone based, but every day is different.

**Summary of role**:
**Your daily responsibilities and duties**:

- Provide proactive support to growing external relationships with customers
- Working as part of a central team, investigating and resolving queries relating to Homecare and clinical service issues, with the support of the Customer Experience Manager
- Taking ownership of clinical and process queries, resolving the issue end to end and providing feedback
- Assist and liaise with other departments to implement process improvements which have been identified from investigation activities.

To be considered for this role, previous (and recent) office administration experience is essential. You must have good I.T skills - you’ll be working on their internal system and Microsoft Office (mainly Outlook and Excel).

Experience within the NHS would also be beneficial.
