The role involves:

- Effective management of all stock in and out of the depot.
- Accurate record keeping and administration such as order confirmations, incident reports, driver tachograph records and other operational records.
- Liaising with internal teams such as sales and finance
- Scheduling and routing of deliveries
- Booking vehicles for inspections and repairs
- Adhoc emergency deliveries on the companies Ranger vehicle
- Exceptional communication skills
- An excellent ability to multi task and prioritise workloads
- Excellent time management
- Strong admin skills and attention to detail
- Be a problem solver that can think both proactively and when required reactively
- Self motivated and able to work under own initiative
- Analytical skills
- A flexible approach to all tasks
- Ability to think outside of the box
- An excellent understanding and working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, particularly Excel and Word
