**About The Role**:
PD&MS group are seeking an experienced Senior Resourcing Advisor for our Offshore Trades division. This role is responsible for delivering resourcing services to the business, and sourcing suitable Trades workers for onshore and offshore projects. Ensuring that all workers comply with company and client requirements.

We deliver to clients throughout the year, however April to September is exceptionally busy in this role during shutdown TAR season, we also provide services across the wind sector in European countries.

Main responsibilities:

- Workforce planning - Working with the Construction departments and contracts to develop long term plans to efficiently utilise resources in the most optimal way.
- Attraction and engagement - Develop attraction and engagement campaigns.
- Screening and assessment - Ensure that our processes & procedures are in place, and provide improvements on how we deliver the service.
- Compliance - Monitor and report on training, competency, UK and Industry regulations.
- Stakeholder management - Lead meetings, ensure progress is shared and reported on regularly in a professional manner.
- Reporting and analytics - Develop dashboard reporting and provide updates to the business.
- Assist with the mentoring and development of resourcing personnel.

**About You**:
We’d love to hear from you if you are passionate about Resourcing and have experience within the energy industry. If you have out of industry experience, we would still love to hear from you.
- You will be required to ensure that the team are delivering the service and it is visible to the business needs.
- You will need to be competent and aware of the market conditions and ever changing environments in the industry, as well as the industry regulations.
- Experience of working in-house or via a recruitment agency would be preferable.
- Experience of recruitment ATS / Mobilisation and onboarding systems.
- Have experience of Construction Trades and the Certifications required for each role.
- Be flexible, pro-active and energetic.
- Knowledge of the oil & gas, renewable energy or construction industry.
- proven experience of mentoring and training of team members.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
