**What is the role?**

**Subsea7 **are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join on a full-time, fixed term basis for a period of up to one year, located in our Westhill, Aberdeen office. This role will be part of the UK & Global IRM HR Team and will be responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate delivery of a professional HR service to the onshore population.

As an HR Advisor you will provide support and day to day HR Generalist advice to a wide range of employees and managers, predominantly based onshore in the UK but also in our country/project offices globally. This position reports to the UK & Global IRM Senior HR Business Partner but will also have a focus on supporting the UK & Global IRM HR Director.

**What will your responsibilities involve?**
- Support management in the identification of resourcing requirements and co-ordinates the day-to-day aspects of recruitment and selection process in liaison with line managers and recruitment specialist.
- Assist with the implementation and development of initiatives which promote and develop constructive Employee Relations within the region and between other company business units.
- Coordinate HR processes in conjunction with local HR Employee Services, payroll and offshore personnel logistics functions with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure the Performance Management Review and offshore appraisal process are embedded in the region and that any training needs are documented and actioned by the Learning and Development team.

**What are we looking for?**
- You should have previous experience working in a similar position providing an advanced level of HR advice to management and employees.
- You should have a good working knowledge of employment legislation and ability to interpret HR policies and procedures. As well as a technical knowledge of employee benefits and associated administration schemes.
- You will have proven organisational skills and the ability to review work methods in support of continually developing smart and efficient work methods.
- You should have proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation and externally in a variety of methods.
