Exciting Opportunities in the EOC

We are currently looking for Administration Officers within EOC to work on the following terms; 1 on a permanent contract and 2 on secondment terms who will, in the first instance, provide admin support to the EOC Development and Governance Teams.

The EOC Administration Officer will work as part of a team to arrange, facilitate and record the various meetings which take place that pertain to EOC core business.

They will collate, disseminate and update and associated documentation for these meetings.

They will work under their own initiative to ensure that recurring tasks are completed. This may include but is not limited to arranging recurring meetings or preparing regular staff communication.

They willbe requiredto support the wider EOC in terms of equipment procurement delivery/returnsand alsoco-ordinationStaff Recognition & Awareness initiatives.

The EOC Administration officer will have freedom to act, responding to workload in conjunction with the Senior EOC Administrator, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

- To produce timely documentation following meetings to all relevant delegates, requiring prolonged periods of concentration to ensure accuracy of minutes
- To provide administration support to EOC functions which may require working with both internal and external stakeholders
- To assist in producing key project documentation, including Business Cases, Project Plans, Project Initiation Documents, risk logs and other user documentation
- Collate information and produce reports as required
- To assist with the monitoring, evaluation of workload providing feedback on trends
- To have an awareness of all roles across EOC and their support requirements
- To review and update working practices in the light of developments
