Minimal Frame Projects is a fast growing, high end architectural glazing company that works on the design, manufacture and installation of glass window and door systems, structural glass and architectural glazing. The company works with architects, interior designers, property developers, contractors, and private clients on a wide variety of projects and is the UK partner for leading brands in the industry.
**Sales Specialist responsibilities**:
- To grow sales by promoting, selling and securing orders from prospective customers
- Quote customer projects and generate new business opportunities
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in order to generate new business for the company
- Maintain high customer service levels to both internal functions and customers
- Plan and organize personal sales strategy, and drive this daily
- Responsible for managing daily and weekly reports
**Sales Specialist skills & qualification requirements**:
- Fenestration industry sales experience required (minimum 1 year)
- Experience working with and product knowledge of structural/architectural glass, aluminium windows & doors
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport & relationships with potential/confirmed clients
- Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness and decision-making capability
- Account management experience
- Highly motivated self-achiever, energetic and ambitious
- Positive, results oriented and self-sufficient problem solver
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to learn new systems so you can effectively secure new leads
You will be supplied with a business telephone and a computer, based in our Showroom.
Employment type: Self-employed or Ltd.
