**Your new company**
Working for an established and friendly firm of accountants in Hull. A general practice role looking after a portfolio of clients, preparing year end accounts, carrying out some audit work and preparing corporate and personal tax returns. Excellent opportunitiesfor progression, the firm like to promote from within, and this vacancy has come about due to an internal promotion. Great benefits package including annual pay review, 25 days holiday, opportunities for overtime paid at time and a half or time off in lieu,and flexi-time. 37.5 hour working week.
**Your new role**
The duties and responsibilities of the job will include:
Preparing clients' year end accounts
Preparation and submission of corporate and personal tax returns
Looking after a portfolio of clients
Planning and completing a small number of audits
Managing junior members of the team
**What you will need to succeed**
You will currently be working as a Manager or Assistant Manager in a firm of accountants and be looking to join a pleasant and friendly firm of accountants. You will be a good all-rounder with experience of Year End accounts preparation, corporate and personaltax, and audit.
