**Your purpose**:
The mission is for Atkins to play a material role in increasing supporting the Defence of the UK. We will achieve this through supporting our clients in the sector to achieve programme goals and meet enterprise challenges, including the deployment of people resource into project delivery and bid teams.
- Communicating available roles into the capability functions (Practices) across the AtkinsRéalis business.
- Maintaining and building Stakeholder relationships.
- Reviewing role descriptions for minimum suitable content and working with Technical Leads as required to improve these.
- Proactively map available capability from the wider business to potential or actual requirements across the account portfolio.
- Facilitate appropriate shaping and tailoring of CVs to effectively communicate 'fitness' for opportunity.
- Support comms delivery to wider business in support of raising profile of opportunities available across the account portfolio.
- Proactively engaging with account and wider business stakeholders on medium to long term capability development needs.
- Support the development of the 'Make/Buy' strategy development for the account and interface with supply chain stakeholders to support growth in the use of supply chain providers.
- Identification and implementation of opportunities to improve the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the resource mobilisation process.
- Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the resource mobilisation process.
- Forward workforce planning for pipeline projects.
- Develop and forge strong relationships with Supply Chain defining clear guidance for roles.
- Work closely with the AtkinsRéalis security team to secure timely BPSS, SC clearances.
