**Shift Pattern: 30 hours per week 9.30am - 3.30pm - Monday - Friday**

**You’ll help us make health happen by**:

- Processing income and expenditure including banking, purchase order invoicing, petty cash management, payroll and basic credit control
- Collating, reporting and monitoring data especially resident occupancy, aged debt and staffing, highlighting anomalies and submitting data to the Support Offices on behalf of the Village Manager
- Maintaining a well-ordered filing system, stationary replenishment and personnel file management
- Assisting staff and visitors with arranging meetings, refreshments and paperwork
- Taking notes at meetings and maintaining the filing system
- Ensuring housekeeping within the office is of a high standard

**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**:
You hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above (including English and Maths) and a Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration would be advantageous. With previous experience in an office environment, you have a basic understanding of accounts and invoicing and you’re confident using Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Friendly and professional, both face to face and over the phone, you’re organised and able to work well within a team. With a dedicated and efficient work ethic, you thrive in a busy environment and are able to handle a varied workload.

Because we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
