**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Booking Viewings**: Schedule property viewings for potential buyers, ensuring appointments are arranged efficiently and in line with client preferences.
- **Conducting Viewings**: Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Delivering Feedback**: Gather feedback from viewings and promptly relay it to sellers, providing valuable insights to help inform their decisions.
- **Speaking and Updating Vendors**:Maintain regular communication with property sellers, keeping them informed about market developments, viewing activity, and any offers received.
- **Negotiating Offers**:Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
- **Cross-Selling**:Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial services and conveyancing solutions to clients, enhancing their overall experience and streamlining the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in estate agency sales is ideal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local property market and relevant regulations.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to sales.
