Business Support

▪Work as the key contact between Directors of the Company and Operational Staff
▪ Assess periodic performance of employees and make development plans where
necessary
▪ Design and manage strategic schedules, rotas and workloads to promote productivity
▪ Identify workplace issues, resolve team conflicts, mediate with workers to maintain sense
of teamwork among coworkers as well as within the company as a whole
▪ Work with regional operational directors by overseeing daily operations
▪ Work with regional operational directors in preparation of forecasts, periodic
assessments and future management plans
▪ Work as a mediator between the top-level management and operational staff
▪ Act as the main point of contact in dispute resolution and other operational issues within
the company on day today basis
**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
