At HICA we provide care and support to older people and people with learning disabilities within a range of settings. We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who will be responsible for the day to day and operational recruitment needs for HICA Group.

Working in a stand-alone role, which will consist of hybrid working between your own home and our new modern head office at the stunning Hesslewood Park near the Humber Bridge, where you will spot the squirrels and peacocks roaming daily. Flexible shifts and condensed working days will also be considered and discussed at interview.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying recruitment needs and role requirements for any new vacancies
- Planning and delivering flexible recruitment strategies by:
- Utilising free or cost-effective methods to source job seekers including, online advertising, internal advertising and referrals, job fairs, colleges / schools and social media campaigns.
- Undertaking effective shortlisting and telephone screening, making arrangements for interview with recruiting managers and ensuring appropriate communication with both parties.
- Establishing strong links with the local community, local colleges and job fairs etc to build the company brand and recognition
- Administration of all pre-employment screening checks and offer documentation, and inputting of new starters onto internal systems.

**Knowledge / Skills / Experience**:

- Experience of working in a recruitment-based role delivering volume roles in a sector with retention challenges is preferred.
- A flexible and creative thinker who can develop agile recruitment strategies.
- Up to date knowledge and experience of managing digital recruitment channels such as Facebook
- Strong written English skills - able to write adverts, social media updates and creative promotional literature
- Enjoys speaking with people on the telephone and face to face on a regular basis
- Able to communicate with and influence senior managers
- Highly organised and able to work independently
