Job summary:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling clerical and administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, is proactive and organised.

**Duties**:

- Setting up accurate client records and claim records
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Invoicing clients and chasing outstanding payments
- Chasing claim updates from insurers
- Creating and saving updated office reports from standard templates
- Setting up clients direct debit payments

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in clerical or office support roles
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive in anticipating future needs of the business and team

Pay: £11,000.00-£15,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
