**The Role**

As **Recruitment Lead, EMESA (f/m/x)** you will lead our in house recruiting team at BCG Digital Ventures for our London and satellite office in Paris, with more to come. This role will work across our Europe, Middle East, South America and Africa (EMESA) region, as we scale up internationally having recently launched new offices in Dubai, Riyadh and Casablanca Come join us - it’s an exciting journey ahead You will work alongside our Recruitment Lead, EMESA based in our Berlin office, and in partnership with an interdisciplinary People & Talent team, blending 'hands-on' recruitment with strategic talent pipelining and consulting, and talent related projects.

**In this role you will**:

- Support the Head of Talent, EMESA in leading and developing the recruitment strategy and employer brand of BCG Digital Ventures across EMESA, with a primary focus on London and Paris.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to anticipate hiring needs and skills gaps.
- Collaborate with staffing team to identify talent gaps and fill those on demand with freelance resources.
- Nurture and manage a pool of active and passive freelance talent.

**You should have**:

- The ability to manage ambiguity and work autonomously.
- A proven track record identifying and engaging passive talent in the market with convincing outreach messages.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
