Part-time Customer Support Administrator

My client is a supplier of high-end products, and it's exciting times for them. Following a recent acquisition, to support the extra workload, they are recruiting a part-time Customer Support Administrator to support the Office Manager.
You'll join a fun team and work within a lively environment. In line with the business's core hours, you will work Monday - Friday between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm.
As Customer Support Administrator your main responsibilities will be:
- Answering phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
- Liaising with the scheduling team regarding installations.
- Processing installation paperwork.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Processing warranty registrations.
- Packaging and dispatching product samples to customers.
- Supporting other departments as and when required.
- Greeting customers and visitors.
