A newly created role for an Apprenticeship Specialist to set up an apprenticeship scheme.

This will be working with a relatively new L&D team, and will form part of their recruitment and learning strategy.

The role will cover all aspects from onboarding apprenticeship suppliers, educating the business and senior managers on the value of apprenticeships. Setting up review processes, and fully manage the administration of the scheme, as well as processes to support the apprenticeship learning cycle.

The business is a retail business that started as a modest retailer. Always profitable, financially strong and physical growth has always been steady. Following a change in the high street, they positioned themselves to pick up where others had struggled. They have always been a step ahead with e-commerce and worked in close partnership with that big—online-company we all use So when the crowds shop from home they were also just a click away.

The role is being offered as an initial 12 month fixed term contract, and is part time 2-3 days per week. They are flexible on days hours that this can be worked. Although they do what at least one day in the office.

Full time equivalent salary is £40,000
