**Job Title**:Health and Social Care Assessor L3 OR L5

**Location**: Home/Field based - Covering Norwich and surrounding area

**Salary**:£26,000 - £30,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme up to an additional £10,000 OTE (Depending on qualifications and experience)

**Essential Criteria**:

- Hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA)
- Have experience of assessing full Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or above.
- Must hold solid occupational experience within Health and Social Care at Senior Support Worker level or above.
- Must hold own Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (for Level 3 delivery) or own Level 5 qualification (for Level 5 delivery).
- Must have a good level of ICT skills.
- Hold own Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2, or GCSE equivalents.
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel and also remote home working.

**Duties include**:

- Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 (Level 5 if competent to do so).
- Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, learner recruitment, quality paperwork and general administration.

- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
