Sales Administrator 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Banbury, United Kingdom Plus One Full time

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Sales order Processing.
- Raising Sales Invoices.
- Raising Sales Credit Notes.
- Preparation of sales quotes as and when required.
- Maintain & complete product matrix database and customer spreadsheets as required.
- Maintain Syspro software with advised changes in line with company policy.
- Liaise with production/dispatch departments.
- Manage haulier tracking.
- Reception phone cover.
- Manage incoming & outgoing post.
- Responsible for ensuring day to day filing is carried out.
- Other sales support functions.

**Key Skills & Experience Required**:

- Prior experience in an office administration role is essential.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook - Microsoft office
- Syspro software experience would be advantageous but not essential as training would be provided.
- Good eye for detail and figures required.
