We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Advisor to join us on a 12 month Fixed term contract, working 40 hours per week

**As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include**:

- Evaluate and process all incoming orders against system information ensuring it is in line with agreed pricing, lead times and order quantities
- Acknowledge receipt of orders and provide Proof of Delivery
- Ensure all customer service queries and issues are resolved to an exceptional standard promptly and efficiently
- Answer and transfer internal and external telephone calls and provide cover for Reception as required
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients, building strong professional relationships
