**_ The Role:_**:
In this role, you will support the Buying team and wider department with ethical and environmental progress, facilitating and speeding up the onboarding of new suppliers, sites and products and ensuring efficient and systematic documentation and transparency

- Excellent Administrative skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and Adaptable
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Organised
- Logical and numerate
- Ability to work accurately with good attention to detail.
- Understanding of the requirements of “Ethical Purchasing” and Fair Trade
- Previous work in a co-ordinating role, co-ordinating multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience of Head Office retail environment.
