**Proposal Coordinator’s Core Duties**
- Respond to proposal requests, clarifying the brief, and working closely with Marketing team
- Create first draft of proposals in Word / PowerPoint by researching and formatting data from internal and external sources
- Tailor first drafts in line with the client brief (i.e., consultant experience)
- Record proposal details on the internal database and update with results and any changes
- Create bespoke design elements (i.e., data graphics, maps, front pages, and team charts)
- Ensure a high level of quality and adhere to best practices, and brand and brief compliance
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Design and Marketing teams

**Proposal Coordinator’s Skills Required**
- Bachelor’s Degree (Law degree desirable)
- Fully proficient in MS PowerPoint and Word (Excel and Outlook desirable)
- Experience using Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) - desirable
- Marketing, proof-reading and/or copy-editing experience (proposal production / data research desirable)
- Professional services or Legal experience (desirable)
- Excellent written and oral communication in English (mandatory)
- High attention to detail
- Experience of working on multiple jobs, under pressure, and to tight deadlines
- Creative and solutions based
