Technical Account Manager

My client is a rapidly developing, inventive technology group providing products and services to the global renewable energy sector.
As part of this development they seek a Technical Account Manager who will work directly with customers as well as various internal teams across the business to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of client projects. You will oversee projects from end-to-end,from initial enquiry to scope and delivery. The role involves coordination of internal teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed and time-lines understood. You will also form part of the team who aid on the expansion of future solutions and products.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide product and technical guidance to key customers
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple key projects at a time
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage data collection, analysis, tracking, and execution projects timely, accurately and exceeding customer's expectations
- Propose new service lines to the business by understanding customer requirements and spotting opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with customers to increase loyalty and retention
- Provide regular feedback concerning customer experience and participate in the software product specifications
Key Skills required:
- Experience in a project management / technical account manager role, experience in the renewable industry would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communicator in front of customers or partner organisations
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Engineering or computer science degree or equivalent would be beneficial
Desirable skills:
- Spoken and written proficiency in English + one other [Spanish, French, Italian, German]
- Skills at manipulating large data sets using Excel, Python (or other numerical programming languages like MATLAB) would be beneficial
